What to expect

The legally compliant recording of payroll-relevant employee master and employee movement data
The responsible preparation and implementation of plausibility checks and the execution of payroll accounting as well as all downstream remuneration issues
Participation as a competent contact person: in employee service, with the adjacent internal departments in the Group and with the public authorities
Cooperative participation in tax audits and annual financial statements
The opportunity to participate in the further development, digitization and service-oriented customer support in the field of payroll accounting together with your colleagues in a very dynamic environment and to contribute your ideas.

What you bring to the table

A completed commercial, human resources or business vocational training or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting as well as initial experience in working within the service center structures
Profound knowledge of social security, income tax and collective bargaining law
Confident handling of MS Office tools, especially Excel, ideally knowledge of P&I LOGA
Very good analytical skills, loyalty, commitment and ability to work in a team as well as enjoyment of new challenges
A service-oriented and communicative basic attitude and a confident appearance as well as a high degree of social competence
