At the MVZ at the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring, we are looking for you as a full-time healthcare clerk / office management clerk (m/f/d).

• Service recording and billing of private, inpatient and KV cases (EBM, GOÄ)
• Administrative and organisational activities in the field of outpatient specialist medical care (ASV)
• Administrative and organisational activities in the area of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV)
• Proper mailing of documents and materials, documentation, tracking, both nationally and internationally
• Communication and correspondence with patients, doctors, payers and external partners
• Appointment management as well as coordination of treatment procedures and internal processes

• Completed commercial training in the healthcare sector or a comparable qualification
• Confident handling of EBM and GOÄ as well as communication with the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and health insurance companies
• Independent, structured working style, ability to work in a team, reliability
• Good PC skills
• Confident command of the German language, both written and spoken
• Legally prescribed measles immunization
