For the MVZ at Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring GmbH, we are looking for you as a Secretary in Healthcare / Medical Typist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Medical Reports - Writing and Correcting Findings according to Digital Dictation Using Medical Terminology
• Findings management and correspondence - dispatch of findings, telephone information as well as independent processing and documentation of medical correspondence and consultation requests
• Coordination and follow-up of national and international document dispatch
• Support for tumor conferences
• Preparation of documents and organizational assistance
• General secretarial tasks - Administrative support in day-to-day business

• Ideally, knowledge of medical terminology (especially pathology)
• Writing in the ten-finger system (fast typing)
• Good PC skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• Independent, structured working style, high ability to concentrate, diligence, discretion and ability to work in a team
• Legally prescribed measles immunization
