Helios Fachklinik GmbH is looking for a trainee (m/f/d) for the profession of healthcare clerk as of August 1, 2026.

• During the three-year training period, you will be actively integrated into the processes of our company from the very beginning
• You will learn organizational and commercial-administrative activities
• You will work in the following areas of our hospital: personnel management, financial accounting, case management, medical controlling, corporate communications, marketing and patient admission.
• You will learn how to deal with medical and data protection
• In addition to the practical activities in the clinic, you will attend the vocational school of the Ostholstein district in Eutin in block lessons

• You have a secondary school diploma or a vocational baccalaureate/high school diploma
• We are looking for an open-minded, motivated trainee (m/f/d) who enjoys and is interested in training as a healthcare clerk
• You are interested in commercial tasks and in issues related to health
• You are a team player and open-minded, flexible and resilient and have good communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for trainees of the VKA (TVAöD)
