Medical Assistant - Hand Surgery Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management is within your area of responsibility
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting the consultation hours
• In addition, you will act as support in the preparation, assistance and follow-up of all examinations

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various disciplines (an advantage)
• You have good IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Good knowledge of practice organization, if possible across disciplines
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
