Medical Assistant - Hand Surgery Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d)

We are looking for a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You are the first personal contact for our patients
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting during consultation hours
• You will also provide support in the preparation, assistance and follow-up of all examinations

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are committed, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage)
• You have good IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
