For the ward of the Department of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you in the function of an outpatient employee (m/f(d) full-time as

Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

• Support in the organization and coordination of ward processes
• Patient acceptance and registration in the system as well as administration of patient records and IT-supported secretarial tasks
• Organization of transports in case of discharge/transfer
• Preparation and follow-up for examinations, diagnostic interventions and therapeutic measures
• Material management and orders

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
• Confident handling of the IT software and hardware used (Office package, HIS, SAP, Porabo, etc.)
• Organizational talent and independent work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
