What to expect

General administrative and organizational activities in the ENT outpatient clinic
Processing of doctor's letters and support of medical documentation
Processing of incoming e-mails and telephone calls as well as telephone support of patients
Written and telephone correspondence with patients, referring physicians and internal interfaces
Vacation replacement: Scheduling and admission of outpatient/inpatient patients via the electronic appointment calendar

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility as well as practical experience in various disciplines (an advantage)
You have good IT skills
Good knowledge of practice organization, if possible across disciplines
You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
