For our regional team of Helios Verwaltung West GmbH, we are looking for you as an HR Specialist (m/f/d) based in Wuppertal as of 01.06.2026.

• Contact person and application consulting for the Loga HR personnel system, including the preparation and extraction of data
• Coordination of inquiries and support for projects in day-to-day business
• Administrative activities for the HR Business Partner Region West
• Collaboration with internal interfaces

• Successfully completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, economics or comparable
• Initial professional experience in the assistant sector, in human resources or in a comparable position is an advantage, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, initiative as well as result- and service-oriented thinking
