As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Palliative Care Nurse (m/f/d) for the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig.

• They provide holistic and empathetic care as well as individual support for palliative patients
• They implement medical orders and support diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• They are a central point of contact for patients and provide them and their relatives with psychosocial counselling and support
• You will work closely and interdisciplinary with the medical team, therapists and other professional groups
• You will be responsible for careful documentation and actively participate in quality assurance measures
• They create a calm, respectful and supportive atmosphere that focuses on the dignity, self-determination and quality of life of the patients

• You are a trained nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the field of palliative medicine and/or completed specialist training as a palliative care specialist (m/f/d) is desirable
• You have a sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team and reliability
• You cultivate an empathetic and appreciative approach to your patients and are willing to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
• You are willing to work in a shift system and to take over
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
