What to expect

You will ensure the individual care and psychosocial support of our patients in palliative care:
They carry out basic and treatment care sensitively - always with the highest respect for dignity and the preservation of quality of life.
In close coordination with the medical service,
She professionally implements nursing and therapeutic measures.
They are competent contact persons for the monitoring of patients and support their relatives in this sensitive phase of life.
They are actively involved in our team of doctors, therapists and pastors to guarantee the best possible care.
You carry out the care documentation digitally in a secure and up-to-date manner.

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a nurse or nurse (m/f/d).
Ideally, you have the Palliative Care training – or you are interested in completing it with our support.
They are characterized by a high level of empathy and strong communication skills, especially in sensitive interaction with patients and their relatives.
Appreciative, professional cooperation in a multi-professional team is a matter of course for you.
You work responsibly and have the necessary emotional stability and reliability for this special department.
Legally required proof of immunization against measles is available.
