Nurse / Nurse (m/f/d) - Palliative Medicine

What to expect

You are the first point of contact for relatives, doctors and therapists
You will care for and care for patients with a chronic and progressive life-limiting illness and distressing symptoms independently and professionally according to the latest scientific findings
They support holistic treatment planning, taking into account physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects
You will be involved in the preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
You will be responsible for professional care documentation using state-of-the-art digital IT technology
You will take responsibility for the design of your workplace, contribute your ideas and work on the further development of the team

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse, nurse
(m/f/d)
The willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary and cross-professional manner
A high level of nursing and patient-oriented professional competence as well as the ability to manage conflicts are required
A high degree of initiative and resilience as well as leadership skills, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
Strong cooperation and communication skills as well as the ability to act economically
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
