Deputy Head of Central Practice Guidance (m/f/d)

At the Helios Park-Klinikum in Leipzig, we are looking for you as Head of the Central Practice Instruction (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Together with the management of the central practice instructions, they form a management team and jointly develop the practical deployment planning for the trainees in the health care sector and are the link between the vocational school and the clinic
• You will act as a contact person for trainees, practical instructors, educators, nurses and cooperation partners in internal and external areas of work
• You will be jointly responsible for ensuring efficient practice scheduling and coordination of practice instructions in compliance with the legal requirements in consultation with the nursing management
• You will be responsible for documenting and processing the attendance and absenteeism of trainees
• You will report directly to the head of the central practice instructions and will be jointly responsible for the professional management of the central practice instructors
• In addition, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the FSJ and Federal Voluntary Service

• You have completed training as a nurse or comparable training
• Ideally, you have a degree in nursing education or management – or you are willing to complete a course of study with an application Helios Region East
• You have further training as a practical instructor with a current certification and have several years of professional experience in guiding trainees
• You have the ability to structure change processes and make them fit for the future
• You think analytically, structured, networked and keep an overview and are characterized by a friendly, employee-oriented approach
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
