At the Helios Park-Klinikum in Leipzig, we are looking for you as Head of the Central Practice Instruction (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

What to expect

Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of practical nursing training in close coordination with the Nursing Directorate
Planning and coordination of all areas of employment for trainees and other apprentices (e.g. internships, FSJ, Federal Voluntary Service)
Ensuring transparent and structured training documentation, including attendance and absence management
Leadership and further development of the practice instructors, with a focus on professional quality and social skills
Central interface function and trustworthy contact person for all participants in the internal and external training network
Active participation in the design and implementation of quality standards, legal requirements and corporate goals in nursing training

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years), ideally supplemented by initial management experience
Successfully completed and currently certified training for practical guidance
Degree in nursing education or nursing sciences – alternatively, the willingness to complete it promptly
Strong communication skills, decision-making skills and an appreciative, cooperative management style
Future-oriented, networked mindset with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, confident use of digital applications (e.g. iMedOne, MS Office) and proof of the required vaccination protection
