Commercial Performance and Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive strategic insights, monitor and optimize performance, and support business development initiatives. This role combines analytical expertise with commercial acumen to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Your Assignments:

  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Lead customer segmentation, optimize sales team structures, design territory alignments, and manage incentive schemes to improve targeting, coverage, and performance

  • Market Analytics: Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisions

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs across commercial functions, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

  • Business Development Assessments: Support strategic initiatives through data-driven evaluations of new opportunities, partnerships, and product launches

  • Technology Scouting: Collaborate with IT and innovation teams to assess emerging tools that enhance commercial effectiveness

  • Strategic CRM Insights: Partner with the CRM Administrator to extract actionable insights from CRM data for leadership and field teams

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness or similar roles

  • Advanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM reporting, forecasting, incentive modeling

  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, data storytelling, project management, collaboration

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
