This is also the case when it comes to strategy development and performance management: As a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d), you will help to ensure that Fresenius' success is sustainably secured through the further advancement of our strategy and measuring its execution through performance management routines.
Engage in definition and codification of Group strategy for Fresenius
Contribute to definition of strategy processes for Fresenius and development of appropriate formats and instruments
Contribute to strategic projects in connection with Fresenius' strategy at various business and functional levels
Collaborate with business units and functional teams to drive strategic projects of high relevance
Support strategic business performance management routines, accompanied by the implementation of related processes
Generate, analyse and prepare specific information from various business units and market sources
Transfer and prepare information into structured reporting formats, e.g. for the management board or external stakeholders
Successfully completed bachelor or master's degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or natural sciences, preferably supplemented by an MBA or a comparable postgraduate qualification
At least 3 years relevant professional experience in the field of strategy development, market intelligence, business insights and performance management, preferably in an international life science group or through projects or research leadership in the life science or healthcare sector of a top management consultancy
Good knowledge of life science and healthcare sectors with a focus on e.g. generics, medical technology and/or healthcare services, ideally paired with an emerging network in the international area
Familiarity with relevant data sources and business performance KPIs along the healthcare value chain
Strong ability to think cross-functionally and to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience in cooperating with and managing professional interfaces
Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
Very good language skills in German and English, Spanish is an advantage
