Regular presence on the lines, exchange and support of employees on site
Identification of development needs and potential
Participation in succession planning
Direct exchange with the laboratories (e.g. in the event of queries and missing product samples)
Collaboration in budget planning for production (personnel)
Filing of daily fault documentation (fault reports)
Completed training as a technician/master craftsman or equivalent qualification
Many years of experience in production and personnel management
High level of commitment, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team, analytical thinking

Sound knowledge of hygiene is desirable
