Your tasks:
- Organization and management of the building technology department with a focus on heating, sanitation and medical care. Gases
- Planning, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the corresponding facilities of the hospital
- Processing and support of projects primarily in the heating, sanitary and medical sectors. Gas systems
- Organisation, instruction and monitoring of external companies and services
- Advising the Technical Site Management on all issues relating to heating, sanitation and medical Gases
- Cooperation with the clinic departments in the sense of balanced service provision
- Monitoring compliance with legal and contractual provisions in the area of responsibility (inspections, tests, maintenance, etc.)
- Optimisation of plant technology
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed training as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) in the field of heating, plumbing or comparable
- Knowledge and experience in planning desirable
- Experience in maintenance and maintenance organization
- Participation and design of the development and implementation of projects in the area of responsibility
- Ready-to-use digital data capture skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as digitized documentation and revision documents
- High level of teamwork and communication skills as well as experience in employee management
- Driving licence class B
- A sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, commitment are among her strengths
