Team Leader - Private Liquidation (m/f/d)

full-time with a place of work at one of our locations in Berlin and Dortmund or alternatively at one of our clinics

What to expect

You will take over the technical management and responsibility of the entire outpatient and inpatient GOÄ billing for all Helios clinics in Germany
Through your commitment, you ensure structured, transparent day-to-day business, targeted team management and positive team development
You will be involved in the development and development of standardised processes and reporting as part of the realignment of the entire private liquidation division for Helios Germany
In doing so, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate billing in accordance with GOÄ guidelines as well as the preparation and support of internal and external audits and examinations
You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of concrete measures to increase efficiency and productivity along the entire billing process, e.g. by standardizing workflows, optimizing interfaces and driving digitization in private liquidation
You will coordinate processes within your area of responsibility, drive them forward and manage resources efficiently
In doing so, you will work closely with various stakeholders such as division managers, hospital managements and employees and will be the contact person for feedback and queries on the subject of private liquidation

What you bring to the table

Ideally, you have a degree in the commercial / medical / health economics field - alternatively vocational training in the commercial / medical field with several years of professional experience in GOÄ accounting
You have proven experience in leading or coordinating teams, preferably in the area of patient billing, medical administration or practice management
You convince us with your innovation- and data-driven mindset as well as your pronounced ability to abstract
You have extensive knowledge of the Fee Schedule for Physicians (GOÄ)
Your strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of things and work in a structured manner even in challenging situations are what make you
You work in a team-oriented manner, meet others openly and maintain cooperative cooperation at eye level
We require very good written and spoken German skills
An open and confident appearance as well as enthusiasm and commitment round off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
