For the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring we are looking for a secretary (m/f/d) of the Clinic for Hematology and Oncology.

What to expect

Efficient organization and coordination of the Chief Physician's Secretariat of the Clinic for Hematology and Oncology
Creation, processing and management of medical documents, doctor's letters, expert opinions and correspondence
Processing of diagnostic requests, coordination and, if necessary, forwarding of other inquiries in cooperation with all specialist departments
Support of the chief physician in administrative and organizational tasks
Invoicing, statistical management and management of quality documents
Vacation and illness replacement in the chief physician's office of the Clinic for Gastroenterology

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Interest in the area of responsibility as well as independent, structured and conscientious work
Very good communication skills and reliability
Confident handling of MS Office and, ideally, hospital information systems
Discretion, loyalty and confident appearance in dealing with sensitive information
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
