What to expect

Welcome, support and advice to patients of the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and their accompanying persons
Prudent organisation and scheduling, cooperation with various specialist departments
Processing of inquiries about findings, coordination and, if necessary, forwarding of further concerns
Independent execution of administrative tasks as well as communication with authorities and health insurance companies
Participation in vocational training and further education
Vacation and illness replacement of the secretariat of the Department of Hand Surgery

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)
Sound PC knowledge of common applications (Microsoft Office, SAP)
Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and spelling
Strong communication skills, empathy and reliability
Efficient, structured way of working with a high degree of planning competence and commitment in a responsible field of action
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
