We are looking for you as a ward manager (m/f/d) for our new orthopaedic-geriatric ward of the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for a smooth ward process
• Employee management and employee motivation as well as personnel development
• Ensuring nursing care
• Jointly responsible for the implementation of our corporate goals in the workflow as well as needs-based personnel scheduling
• Development of ideas for improving and ensuring the performance of the station
• Responsibility for a patient-oriented and economical organization of the ward

• Completed training as a nurse or nurse (m/f/d) with professional experience in the orthopaedic or geriatric field
• Preferably with management experience
• Friendly and considerate interaction with patients, relatives, employees and superiors
• Open-minded to new developments and findings in the field of work and organization
• Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
