What to expect

You will support the geriatric ward management in the organisation and management of the ward and implement the company's goals.
You will have personnel responsibility for the geriatric care team, including duty scheduling and absence management.
You will promote and accompany the professional development of employees in the field of geriatrics.
They ensure patient-oriented, evidence-based care according to current geriatric expert standards, including correct documentation and coding.
You will work on the further development and implementation of geriatric-specific care concepts and take part in interdisciplinary meetings on your behalf.
You will promote an open, constructive error and feedback culture within the team.

What you bring to the table

You are a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable degree.
You have several years of professional experience, ideally already with management experience, preferably in the geriatric field.
Ideally, you have completed a management course or are willing to complete a ward management course or a degree in management/economics.
They have the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
You have strong communication skills, assertiveness, leadership qualities as well as organizational talent, the ability to deal with conflicts and strong social skills.
You enjoy working across professional groups and are confident in using IT technology
