For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you as Obesity Case Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Communication with referring practices and clinics
• Coordination and organization of the patient flow in the outpatient and inpatient area
• Coordination and processing of internal and external patient and physician inquiries as well as surgical coordination outpatient and inpatient
• Reliable management of patient-related documents
• Flexible cooperation on special topics within the clinic
• Management and organization of the secretary's office/secretarial staffing and documentation of outpatient activities

• Completed training as a medical assistant or nurse
• We require an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation in a team that works according to the latest quality standards and the willingness to work independently
• Office skills: Confident handling of Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel required
• Patient devotion and helpfulness
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
