We are currently looking for a Case Manager / Chief Physician's Office (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin-Buch.

• Back office for the head physician: processing telephone inquiries and emails
• Appointment planning & coordination: Organization for the Hematology and Cell Therapy Clinic
• Private outpatient clinic: Independent organization and administration
• Team support: Collaboration and representation in stem cell transplantation and CAR-T coordination

• Office skills: Confident use of Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel required
• Professional basis: Completed medical training (e.g. MFA) necessary; previous knowledge in hematology/oncology desirable
• Organizational experience: Professional experience in the administrative area, e.g. practice or ward organization, an advantage
