We are looking for a full-time or part-time surgical coordinator (m/f/d) at the Velbert site as soon as possible.

What to expect

As an OR coordinator, you report directly to the managing director and ensure that the day-to-day work in the OR runs efficiently and smoothly
Control, ensuring and continuous optimization of needs-based and appropriate surgical planning as well as an efficient surgical process to achieve the agreed surgical goals
Development, provision and further development of key performance indicators as well as implementation of structured OR process controlling; Ensuring a continuous control and reporting system (OR reporting)
Organization and coordination of daily OR operations as well as function as a central communication and decision-making point for the daily operating room schedule
Further development and implementation of the OP Statute as well as joint responsibility for the planning and implementation of optimisation measures
Organization, moderation and follow-up of regular OR conferences as well as central contact person for all OP-related organizational and strategic issues

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) or surgical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Several years of nursing professional experience in surgery or anaesthesia
High organizational thinking skills, mental resilience and stress resistance
Independent way of working with a strong sense of initiative
Strong communication skills and team awareness
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
