Your tasks:
- Coordination and management of external companies for maintenance, inspection and repair of technical systems
- Ensuring compliance with maintenance intervals, inspection deadlines and safety and quality standards
- Instruction of external service providers on risk assessments and operational requirements
- Planning and coordination of appointments as well as structured process coordination
- Maintenance and management of technical documentation and master data in the IWMS system
- Analysis of technical faults and development of pragmatic solutions during operation
- Support with regulatory testing, audits and certifications (e.g. B. ISO 9001, ISO 50001)
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a state-certified mechanical engineer, mechatronics technician, electrical engineer or comparable qualification / training (e.g. industrial foreman metal/electrical, technical specialist, bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, supply technology or facility management)
- Professional experience in technical building operation, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and safety requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High problem-solving skills as well as structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and confident appearance
- Driving licence class B
- Confident handling of MS Office and IWMS systems as well as readiness for on-call duty and further training
