For the Helios Clinic Schwelm we are looking for a Nursing Director (m/f/d) with a focus on project management as soon as possible.

• Management and implementation of care-related projects (e.g. Assessment of personnel requirements according to PPBV and process optimisation in nursing)
• Support of the nursing management in routine operational processes (e.g. duty planning, outage management, preparation of key figures and statistics, preparation of presentations)
• Participation in the fields of acquisition and integration of international skilled workers, career orientation, training, staff retention and operational applicant management

• Three-year basic nursing qualification
• Degree in nursing management (or comparable academic qualification)
• Experience in the above-mentioned range of tasks desirable
• Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of nursing management focus topics
• Confident handling of Office products (esp. Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Empathetic, constructive and cooperative communication skills
• Analytical skills, solution orientation as well as methodological and media competence

• Full-time or near-full-time part-time work
