What to expect

Implementation, monitoring and preparation of legally required reports, e.g. in accordance with PpUGV (Nursing Staff Lower Limits Ordinance) – InEK, PPBV (Nursing Staff Assessment Ordinance), PPP-RL (Staffing Psychiatry and Psychosomatics Directive)
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the field of care
Participation in the preparation and compilation of care budget documents
Preparation, support and follow-up of examinations with a focus on nursing staff
Identification and analysis of inefficient processes (e.g. duplicate documentation) as well as development of optimization proposals
Collection, evaluation and maintenance of relevant data on nursing documentation, personnel deployment, case numbers and costs
Application and analysis of nursing quality indicators (e.g. care expenditure per patient, length of stay, care levels, pressure ulcer rate, fall rate)

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
A degree in nursing management, health economics, business administration or a comparable qualification is desirable
Ideally, first professional experience in nursing controlling
Sound IT skills, especially in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong analytical thinking skills and high affinity for numbers
High level of communication and teamwork skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
