We are looking for a Deputy Head of OR Nursing (m/f/d) for our clinic in Berlin-Buch at the earliest possible date.

• Support the OR management in the organization and management of the OR area through committed, reliable and loyal cooperation
• Assume responsibility for the entire OR nursing team in the absence of the OR manager
• Ensuring smooth OR operations in close cooperation with the OR control group
• Participation in personnel responsibility, organization and deployment planning of the entire nursing and functional service in the central OR
• Ensuring quality under professional, legal and economic aspects

• Completed training in healthcare nursing incl. completed specialist further training or OTA
• Many years of professional experience in the OR area, combined with initial experience in leading and managing an OR team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement and a company pension scheme
