Strengthen our team at the Helios Clinic Cuxhaven location as Secretariat of the Clinic Management (m/f/d) - with immediate effect or as soon as possible.

• Support of the clinic management in day-to-day operations
• Scheduling, calendar and travel organization as well as preparation of meetings
• Handling of correspondence, telephone service and reception tasks
• Coordination of internal processes and interface to specialist departments
• General office organization and clerical processing

• Completed training, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Many years of professional experience in secretarial work or a similar position, ideally in healthcare and preferably in hospitals
• High degree of discretion, organizational strength and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented appearance and ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
