As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for the Helios Hospital Überlingen

• Deputy Ward Manager in the following areas of responsibility:
• Organization and planning of work processes
• Design of flexible personnel scheduling in compliance with operational and legal regulations
• Design of change processes and participation in the conceptual
• Further development in the area of ward maintenance
• Co-support in supply, structural and process quality

• Willingness to build and expand leadership quality
• Their competencies are: human and social
• Sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• Resilience, a sense of responsibility and conscientiousness
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
