As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring as Deputy Head of Surgical Services (m/f/d).

• Support of the OR management in the organization and management of the OR area through committed, reliable and loyal cooperation
• Assumption of responsibility for the entire OR nursing team in the absence of the OR management
• Ensuring hygiene, quality and safety standards throughout the entire work area
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, nursing and functional services as well as other professional groups
• Documentation and administrative activities for optimal patient care and process reliability

• Completed training in health care including completed specialist training or OTA/ATA (m/f/d)
• You already have several years of management experience
• Ideally, further training to become a manager, or a ward management course
• You convince with an assertive and resilient personality as well as strong social and communicative skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
