Your tasks:
- Head of the Medical Technology Department in the Cluster (Helios Klinikum Pirna and Helios Weißeritztal-Kliniken)
- Organisation and implementation of the legal framework for
- Operation, maintenance and servicing of medical devices
- Implementation of maintenance and process structures in the Medical Technology Department
- Project and cost controlling within the scope of the activity
- Close cooperation with the clinic, the regional management, external departments and partners
What you bring to the table:
- Completed studies in the field of medical technology or further training as a medical technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in medical technology with knowledge in the field of personnel management
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Authoritative appearance and good communication skills
- High degree of motivation, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
