Helios Kliniken Mansfeld-Südharz GmbH is looking to fill the position of Cluster Head (m/f/d) Emergency Department at the earliest possible date.

What you can expect

Cluster management for the Sangerhausen, Eisleben and Hettstedt sites
Assumption of overall medical responsibility for the central emergency departments of the Mansfeld-Südharz district (MSH)
Introduction of new ideas and further development into a "Clinical Emergency and Acute Medicine MSH" department
Monitoring and ensuring the quality and efficiency of emergency care in a regional setting
Management and professional guidance of the interdisciplinary team as well as responsibility for the further training of all subordinate colleagues
Close cooperation with other departments of the hospital as well as external emergency services, registered doctors and other healthcare providers

What you bring with you

Specialist in internal medicine or general medicine or surgery or anesthesia (m/f/d) with additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine
Ideally several years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in an emergency department or a comparable area
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams are desirable
The ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations
Strong organizational skills, experience in managing complex medical processes and a strong patient focus
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
