Helios Kliniken Mansfeld-Südharz GmbH is looking to fill the position of Cluster Manager (m/f/d) Emergency Room as soon as possible.

What to expect

Cluster management for the locations Sangerhausen, Eisleben and Hettstedt
Assumption of overall medical responsibility for the central emergency rooms of the Mansfeld-Südharz district (MSH)
Contribution of new ideas and further development into a department "Clinical Emergency and Acute Medicine MSH"
Monitoring and ensuring the quality and efficiency of emergency care in a regional setting
Leadership and technical guidance of the interdisciplinary team as well as responsibility for the further training of all subordinate colleagues
Close cooperation with other departments of the hospital as well as external emergency services, physicians in private practice and other healthcare providers

What you bring to the table

Specialist in internal medicine or general medicine or surgery or anaesthesia (m/f/d) with additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine
Ideally, several years of experience in a management position, preferably in an emergency room or comparable field
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams are desirable
The ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations
High organizational skills, experience in the management of complex medical processes and a strong patient orientation
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
