For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for an MTL Human Genetics (m/f/d) as of 01.06.2025

• Laboratory work: Carrying out laboratory work in a human genetic diagnostics laboratory
• DNA isolation: Execution of DNA extraction and subsequent quantity determination
• Molecular biology methods: Application of PCR, qPCR and Sanger sequencing
• NGS analysis: Execution of NGS including library preparation
• Cell culture: Performing basic cell culture work
• Quality management: Documentation and cooperation within the framework of the quality management system

• Completed training: As MT-L/MTLA (m/f/d) or with appropriate recognition
• Operational readiness: Participation in late and night shifts in the clinical routine laboratory
• Molecular biology work: Experience in dealing with molecular biological methods
• Sequencing Methods: Knowledge of NGS and Sanger Sequencing
• Diagnostic expertise: experience in cytogenetics as well as molecular pathology
• Health proof: Legally required immunization against measles

• Flat hierarchies: Open communication and fast decision-making processes
