For our drinking water laboratory at the Krefeld site, we are looking for part-time (19.25 hours/week) as of 01.08.2026. You as MTL / BTA (m/f/d).

• You will strengthen our team in the Drinking Water Hospital Hygiene Laboratory
• Microbiological testing of water samples
• Microbiological tests for quality control of in-house processes
• HPLC analysis of patient samples (TDM anti-infectives)
• If necessary, sampling of water samples from external customers

• Completed training as MTL / Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analysis / Biological-Technical Assistant (m/f/d)
• Class B driving licence required
• They are well organized, work carefully and conscientiously
• You appreciate independent, team-oriented work
• They are open to new technologies
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

As a central laboratory, the Institute of Hygiene and Laboratory Medicine supplies the Helios Clinics in Krefeld, Uerdingen and Hüls with all services of laboratory medicine, microbiology and molecular biology, transfusion medicine and hospital hygiene. Approximately 3 million examinations are carried out per year. Our many years of laboratory medical experience, state-of-the-art technology and the short transport routes for the sample material are the most important prerequisites for fast and high-quality analysis.
