For the surgical assistant (OTA) training course at the Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow near Berlin, we are looking for a full-time or part-time teacher for OTA trainees (m/f/d) with immediate effect

What to expect

Independent design of theoretical and practical lessons
Use of innovative teaching methods as well as our Digital Campus
Close exchange with the locations of the practical assignments in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Zehlendorf and Bad Saarow
Regular visits by your trainees, also during practical assignments, as well as acceptance of practical examinations
They work with a lot of creativity on the implementation and further development of the school's internal curriculum as well as the pedagogical-technical concept

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d) or as a nurse (m/f/d) with appropriate specialist training
Completed pedagogical studies at bachelor's level, such as medical education, nursing pedagogy or similar.
Initial experience in teaching and a feeling for dealing with our trainees
Personal commitment with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of teamwork
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
