For our training center in Wuppertal for our OTA school team, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

Nursing educator / teacher for nursing professions (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

What you can expect

A newly founded school with the training course for surgical assistants, including co-development and implementation of the school program
The planning, design, implementation and evaluation of the theoretical and practical teaching of our OTA students as well as practical supervision
Supporting students in the course instructor system and conducting state examinations
Collaboration with other business units of the company (clinic management, head office, nursing service and medical service)
Collaboration with internal and external cooperation partners (local and national)
Taking over other courses at the training center

What you bring with you

Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d) with specialist training for the OR service or a comparable qualification as a surgical assistant (m/f/d)
Completed pedagogical university degree (nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, etc.) at Master's or comparable level or willingness to complete this degree
Experience from teaching activities is desirable
"Out-of-the-box" thinking and enjoy implementing innovative and creative concepts as well as communication skills
Quality awareness and service mentality as well as enjoyment in dealing with young adults
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
