Nursing Educator / Teacher for Nursing Professions (m/f/d).

What to expect

Co-development and implementation of school-internal curricula
The planning, design and implementation as well as the evaluation of the theoretical and practical lessons of our OTA and nursing trainees as well as the practical support
The support of OTA and nursing trainees in the course instructor system
Conducting state examinations of OTA trainees
Cooperation with other business units of the company (clinic management, headquarters, nursing service and medical service)
Cooperation with internal and external cooperation partners (local and national)
Assumption of courses in the specialist training in surgical nursing

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a nurse or nurse (m/f/d) with specialist training for the operating theatre service or comparable qualification as a surgical assistant (m/f/d)
Completed university degree in education (nursing education, medical education, etc.) at master's or comparable level or the willingness to complete this degree
Experience from teaching activities is desirable
"Out-of-the-box" thinking and enjoyment of implementing innovative and creative concepts as well as communication skills
Quality awareness and service mentality as well as enjoyment of dealing with young adults
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
