To strengthen our team at the Helios St. Marienberg Clinic Helmstedt, we are looking for a teacher for our training center (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

Planning, preparation and implementation of theoretical and practical lessons in various nursing-related subjects using modern teaching and learning methods
Imparting technical knowledge, practical skills and professional ethics
Accompaniment of trainees during practical and theoretical training
Acceptance of practical performance assessments and examinations
Design of modern nursing lessons
Furthermore, you will take on courses in training, further education and training with modern teaching and learning methods

What you bring to the table

Completed bachelor's degree in nursing education, medical education or an equivalent course of study (willingness to complete a master's degree), plus completed vocational training in the nursing sector
Up-to-date expertise and knowledge of developments in the nursing sector as well as the new Nursing Professions Act
Participate in the conception of the theoretical and practical training and are willing to take the initiative and co-develop innovative educational concepts.
You are a personality with a high level of professional and personal competence, the ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a willingness to innovate as well as the willingness to act and think in business management
You have excellent communication skills as well as organizational skills, a high level of social competence, especially initiative, creativity and the willingness to take on responsibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
