We are looking for an Occupancy Management Employee (m/f/d) for our hospital in Berlin with immediate effect

• Active, solution-oriented participation in the admission, transfer and discharge processes
• Efficient, timely and medically sensible control of emergency admissions from the emergency department
• Independent, innovative and responsible work in a flexible, collegial team
• Central contact person for occupancy management, including analysis and evaluation of relevant key figures

• Completed training or studies in the medical field
• Clear, transparent and binding communication at eye level
• Strong decisiveness, initiative and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as cooperation with external suppliers
• Secure handling of IT applications and ideally hospital information systems
