As soon as possible, we are looking for you as an employee in occupancy management at Helios Kliniken Schwerin. Occupancy management plans, coordinates and optimises all planned and unplanned patient admissions and thus controls or schedules the hospital's optimal bed occupancy and patient occupancy.

• Interdisciplinary admission, transfer and discharge control in multi-professional cooperation
• Support in the planning of admissions and discharges as well as the dwell time control
• Design and implementation of the occupancy statute as well as the evaluation of effectiveness
• Bed disposition, taking into account economic and capacity-related aspects, as well as the coordination of the inflow and outflow of patients from the central emergency room and the intensive care unit
• Process controlling, the creation of documentation and statistics as well as the further development and quality assurance of the topic of occupancy control

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), ideally you already have professional experience in case and/or occupancy management
• Coordination, organization and planning are your hobbyhorse
• Active action and recognizing optimization potential are crucial for your role as an occupancy manager
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and a portion of assertiveness
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
