We are looking for you at the Gotha site as a patient admission employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Personal contact person for patients, their relatives and our employees
• Admission and disposition of patients
• Processing of billing-relevant documents
• Providing information on the phone

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d); medical assistant (m/f/d); dental assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training in the medical field
• Good computer skills
• Good communication and organizational skills, sense of responsibility and commitment
• Social competence in dealing with all patients, relatives and employees
• Service mindset

• Flexible working hours by arrangement and a high degree of rota security
