We are looking for a Deputy Practice Manager (m/f/d) for the MVZ arGon Orthopaedics Große Bleichen with immediate effect

• Duty and vacation planning including coordination of personnel deployment
• Ensuring smooth practice organization and structured consultation hours
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of team meetings
• Assistance in medical and organizational activities
• Coordination and communication with IT, purchasing, operational technology and human resources

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Desirable: Additional qualification as a practice manager
• Professional experience in a medical practice
• Ideally, initial experience in a management or responsible position
• High flexibility and structured way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility
