We are looking for you as a practice manager (m/f/d) at Helios Arbeitsmedizin - Institut Bergisches Land in Wuppertal.

• Responsibility for HR and business processes
• Planning and optimization of duty rosters and deployment schedules
• Implementation and support of customer onboarding
• Support and coordination of administrative processes
• Carrying out diagnostic functional examinations
• Use in practice operations as well as in the field

• Completed professional qualification in the medical field with experience in practice organization
• Initial experience in occupational medicine is an advantage
• High planning and organizational skills
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Great interest in new developments
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
