• Practice organization & operations control: Ensuring smooth outpatient operations
• Coordination of specialist areas: Close cooperation with chief physicians of various disciplines (e.g. orthopaedics, haematology, oncology, cardiology) as well as coordination with the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians
• Employee management and team coordination
• Billing & administrative processes: Support with health insurance and private billing, checking and optimization of billing processes
• Quality and hygiene management: Maintenance and further development of QM systems, ensuring legal hygiene and data protection standards
• Material & Procurement Management: Management of orders, equipment and inventory of the outpatient practice areas

• Completed training as an MFA, GKP or KPH (m/f/d), ideally with further training in practice management or health management
• Sound knowledge of health insurance and private billing, practice software and MS Office
• Organizational talent and leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured way of working
