We are looking for you as a ward manager (m/f/d) for ward P2 of the Department of Neurology as soon as possible.

What to expect

As a ward manager (m/f/d), you will take on the technical and organizational responsibility for the neurology ward
You will lead, promote and advise the experienced nursing team and ensure care planning and its implementation according to internal hospital standards
Together with employees, the interdisciplinary team and the nursing management, you will develop the ward with a focus on the needs of your patients
They work consistently on the further development of reference care, with the focus on the greatest possible independent patient care by the employees
You will create duty rosters and organize personnel according to current requirements
They act as an interface to medical colleagues and other professional groups and actively participate in the training

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
You have successfully completed the further training as a nursing ward manager (DKG) or are ready to complete it
Several years of professional experience in dealing with neurologically ill people is an advantage
You will motivate employees, inspire them for change and always meet patients and colleagues responsibly and empathetically
You value interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as part of a team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
