We are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) on Ward 14 in the Clinic for Geriatric Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the earliest possible date

• You will take responsibility for the organization of your workplace, contribute your ideas and work on the further development of the team
• You will support the ward manager with the following tasks
• :Organizing the duty roster and all administrative activities as part of the management function
• Ensuring the implementation of company and clinic objectives
• Personnel responsibility in the area of responsibility, including in particular employee management and team development, e.g. personnel deployment planning and absence management, personnel development including conducting employee appraisals
• Measures to analyze and ensure the achievement of all nursing quality objectives in the area

• You are a registered nurse (m/f/d)
• You have completed further training as a ward manager or nursing ward manager or comparable further training or are willing to complete this alongside your job
• You have several years of professional experience and have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
• You love interdisciplinary collaboration and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
