For our Clinic for Ear, Nose and Throat Medicine at the Bad Saarow site, we are looking for a part-time employee with 20 hours per week with immediate effect

Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

• Writing epicrises and expert opinions as well as general letters
• Preparing medical records for archiving
• Coordination and preparation of appointments
• Management of office hours
• Handling of mail and correspondence
• Assistance in medical diagnostics and therapy
• Physician Assistant in the field of structured discharge management

• Completed training as a medical assistant or medical assistant
• Confident command of the German language, medical terminology as well as fast and correct writing according to dictation
• You are familiar with the daily use of common MS Office programs and working with electronic media
• Attentiveness and helpfulness to patients
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and communication skills
• Legally required proof of measles immunity
