MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

in the Department of ENT

part-time for approx. 30-35 h / week

What to expect

You will act as a contact person at the registration desk and take over the coordination of the practice process, including appointment management
You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files will also be part of your tasks
You will support us with administrative tasks such as writing a doctor's letter and changing patient status
You will also carry out non-medical activities and assist with general diagnostic and therapeutic measures

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already been able to gain (initial) professional experience in a medical practice or in an outpatient environment, but this is not absolutely necessary
Experience in dealing with computer-supported processes is advantageous
Patient-oriented and empathetic way of working
Friendly appearance and team spirit
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
