We are looking for an Employee Human Resources Management (m/f/d) with immediate effect. You will be based at our Emil von Behring Clinic in Berlin and our clinic in Bad Saarow.

• Supervision of all personnel-related topics from recruitment to termination, including recruiting activities, evaluation of collective agreement classification and preparation of contract documents
• Preparation of monthly payroll accounting and master data maintenance in cooperation with the payroll center
• Contact person and advisor for employees for all labor, collective bargaining and social security law issues
• Maintaining personnel files, supporting the time management system and assisting with personnel controlling
• Project work in the context of personnel marketing and personnel development

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an additional qualification as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or have completed a degree in economics/human resources management or a comparable field of study
• You are a team player with a structured and service-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is a prerequisite
• Experience in the field of personnel management is an advantage
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
• Proof: Legally required measles immunization
